Airport.

We'll be glad to pick you up and return you to our "bustling" Manti Airport. Come relax at the Inn after a hard day in the air.

Bike / Hike.

Manti is 6 blocks from the Manti/LaSal national forest. Milky Falls is a quarter mile walk from the road going "up the canyon".

Golf.

Palisade Golf Course is a hidden jewel tucked away just east of Sterling, Utah. Five minutes south of Manti, it offers 9 holes and 18 holes. Open year round ("until the snow falls and stays--we've golfed in January before"). Overlooks Palisade Lake, non-motorized boating. Call (435) 835-4653. Reservoir.

Going west out 500 North in Manti, you come across a part of Gunnison reservoir. We can make foil dinners for you to cook while you watch the sun go down. You can paddle around the lake or bring your own ski boat. Then come back to the Inn for a good night's sleep. What a way to camp!

Rock Climbing.

Maple Canyon is famous among rock climbers as "one of the best" with over 300 climbs. Follow the map to Moroni, go west from the Opera House, turn right then left. A guide to Maple Canyon can be purchased in Provo at "Mountainworks" 32 S. Freedom Blvd. 84601 (801) 371-0223.

Swim / Work Out.

Snow College Activity Center in Ephraim (7 miles North of Manti) call (435) 283-7039 for hours and group rates.

Winter Sports.

For information concerning Utah snowmobiling, snow conditions and grooming schedules or to request a map, call 1-800 648-7433. Skyline drive is a snowmobilier's dream. Equipment can be rented from Big Pine Sports in Fairview, (435) 427-3338.

ATV.

The Wasatch Plateau is a wonderful area for ATV riding. The Arapeen Trail is a new trail system that has over 350 miles of interconnecting trails. You can ride this trail by going up Manti Canyon, and leaving Directly from the Inn. We have plenty of parking for your vehicles and trailers. Feel free to come for a day of riding.
